Friendly and quick service at arrivals. Clear and concise info shared about car rental and also drop procedures on the last day of handover. Rental car in good condition, however missed the accessory to hold phone near steering wheel or dashboard for cars without GPS setting.
Booked a car for 4 days. The paperwork was very easy, the pickup from Chania airport went smoothly, as did the return. We got the full insurance coverage but that still was competitively priced. We didn’t need a credit card. Got a baby seat too for free and a second driver for free. We didn’t get the exact model we chose but a comparable car and I can’t complain at all. They were very friendly and easy-going.

Quite fast check-in and check-out process, as I had booked the full insurance. The lady in the front-office was too polite, provided us some free water, and shared with us some insights for the area. The only drawback with my experience is that the car was 10+ years old, and we were given a car with broken mechanism of right mirror(fact that made the mirror was 90% useless, as it was stuck looking on the clouds). Considering that I rent a car in an off-season period (early October) and I saw multiple other cars being parked, I would expect getting a newer or fully functional car.
