Very good experience. Friendly and honest service, not trying to sell you useless insurances or upgrades, quick and uncomplicated lending and return, common sense contracts. Car was as described, I would advise not to repeat my mistake and take the second-to-smallest size car for Crete. Spend the extra cash if you intend to drive a lot in the mountains, otherwise it’s a bit tedious. Manual gears also recommended, automatic is terrible in the mountains.

They went above and beyond by helping arrange a van for my tour group of 5 people, with plenty of room for luggage which was greatly appreciated. When my group left and I was traveling on my own, they were very accommodating and were able to downsize my vehicle without any hassle. Professional, flexible, and genuinely helpful — I highly recommend them!
