Aegean Rentals made the process very easy.

Excellent service. Picked us up from the port in Heraklion and brought us to the rental car area across from the airport to pick up our vehicle. They were able to provide us with a similar vehicle size compared to what we booked - they gave us a vehicle with more trunk space after seeing our luggage which was very appreciated. Super easy return and even helped with recommendations for stops along the way. We are travelling with a toddler and by far they gave us the nicest/cleanest car seat based on our experience in Greece. They were also very sweet to our daughter. When looking online to book rates, they had a great selection at a very fair price compared to a lot of the other rental companies. Would definitely rent again.

Traffic car rentals was a great experience. The car was just right and the clerk at the kiosk was very helpful and amiable. On my next trip to Crete I will definitely use Traffic again.

Aegean were really good for our trip in Crete. Met me at my hotel and I dropped the car back at an airport on otherside of island for a minimal surcharge which was cheaper than competitors. Drop off was so easy and hassle free. I reviewed loads of companies before picking aegean and they all had the odd dodgy review but for the price I was well chuffed. Will use them next year when we return 🫂

Had a great experience with Aegean car rental. Their office is right outside the arrivals terminal at Heraklion international airport I had a flight delay and arrived there late at night, the representative who delivered the car was very nice, the process was clear and fast. Since i took the full insurance package, there was no deposit and the return was very fast and and easy as well. The car was good, clean and well maintained. Great option with competitive prices. Many thanks! (Just note that the office is branded: Traffic and not Aegean, it was made clear in the confirmation emails)

Everything ran smoothly from the very beginning. We has no problems picking up or dropping off the car. The location of Ticket Office at the airport was very convenient and the staff was very helpful.

Todo fue muy bien y fluido, muy buen servicio. Solo destacar que los cinturones de seguridad necesitan una revisión, no acababan de entrar bien. Nos hubiera gustado más caballos en el motor, se quedaba muuuuy corto en cuestas muy simples. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Great experience! They are working with a partnering firm Traffic rentals, so I had to call them for that info because I couldn't find the renting tent on Heraklion airport / but besides that everything was smooth. They are very responsive to calls and emails.

Alquile auto en rentadora TRAFFIC ubicada a metros de la puerta de arribos del aeropuerto de Heraklion. Muy buen servicio, el auto era exactamente el que había reservado. Fácil y ágil sistema de recogida del vehículo. A diferencia de otras, no te exigen depósito en garantía, lo cual es una ventaja, porque muchas de las que lo exigen no te lo devuelven una vez que te vas del país. Recomendable.
