Excellent service. Picked us up from the port in Heraklion and brought us to the rental car area across from the airport to pick up our vehicle. They were able to provide us with a similar vehicle size compared to what we booked - they gave us a vehicle with more trunk space after seeing our luggage which was very appreciated. Super easy return and even helped with recommendations for stops along the way. We are travelling with a toddler and by far they gave us the nicest/cleanest car seat based on our experience in Greece. They were also very sweet to our daughter. When looking online to book rates, they had a great selection at a very fair price compared to a lot of the other rental companies. Would definitely rent again.
Traffic car rentals was a great experience. The car was just right and the clerk at the kiosk was very helpful and amiable. On my next trip to Crete I will definitely use Traffic again.
